If the temperature or wind chill is dangerously cold for our volunteers or snowfall is significant, the Board of Directors may close for the evening to keep all attendees and volunteers safe.

No worries β€” you can still enjoy the show! While food donations are greatly appreciated to support the Sheboygan County Food Bank, they are not required for entry. If you'd still like to contribute, we also accept cash donations and offer a secure option to give online. Every bit helps brighten someone’s season!

No, with the amount of traffic it would be unsafe. The Holiday Lights Hunger Run/Walk is the only time you can walk through the park.

We light up the night every evening β€” except Christmas Eve, when even Santa and our amazing volunteers take a break to sip cocoa and celebrate the season. πŸŽ…β˜•οΈπŸŽ

🚫 Weather-related closures? Practically unheard of! Unless a snowstorm tries to outshine our light show (not likely in 2025!), we’ll be here to brighten your night.

Some of the most requested items at Sheboygan County Food Bank are canned chicken or tuna, cereal or oatmeal, canned fruit and vegetables, rice and pasta, peanut butter and hygiene products. Please watch expiration dates on donated items.

Depending on the night, the average show drive time is 20 to 30 minutes (speed limit is 5 mph). Mondays through Wednesdays are lightest for traffic; Friday and Saturday the heaviest.

Yes β€” for the safety of all guests and displays, vehicles must be under 14 feet in height to travel through the Making Spirits Bright route at Evergreen Park.
